We designed a website for Vadatelier, which is a premium hair salon based in Cowbridge. The project involved the design and development of a website, search engine optimisation, and the management of a professional photographer, including videography.

Our goal was to design a digital experience that mirrors the sophistication of a premium hair salon while making it effortless for clients to explore services and book appointments.

We began by immersing ourselves in Vadatelier’s brand — its refined aesthetic, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional client care. From this, we developed a visual direction built around elegance and minimalism: clean lines, generous space, and a modern, high-end feel. The design emphasises beautiful photography and subtle motion effects that bring the atmosphere of the salon to life.

User experience was at the heart of the process. We structured the site to be a single scrolling page making it intuitive and seamless, guiding visitors naturally from discovering services to booking an appointment. The navigation is simple and uncluttered, while calls to action are clear and inviting. On mobile, the experience is equally refined — fast-loading, responsive, and easy to use.

Behind the scenes, we implemented SEO best practices and fast, lightweight code to ensure the site performs as beautifully as it looks. Integration with booking systems and social media allows clients to connect with the salon effortlessly and stay updated with the latest styles and offers. The site currently ranks second on Google for the search term ‘Hair Salon Cowbridge’.
